Renovating Islamic Education in South Asian Countries

 

The Huda Islamic University (DHIU) in collaboration with Research Center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics (CILE), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) hosted the International Seminar Renovating Islamic Education in South Asian Countries

The seminar took place in the auditorium at the College of Islamic Studies on Friday, 8th of December 2017.

The main objective of the seminar was to discuss how Muslim scholars in South Asian countries have been unable to lead modern Muslim societies, compete with other religious leaders, or respond to threats to Islamic ideologies. The seminar also explored how DHIU aims to address this issue and improve the quality of secular education.
