Malik Badri was born in Sudan in 1932. He holds the Distinguished Chair of Ibni Khaldun at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He is the former Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the Ahfad University, Sudan. Professor Badri was awarded the Fellowship and the Chartered Psychology status (F.B.Ps. S. & C.Psychol.) of the British Psychological Society and was selected to be the President of the International Association of Muslim Psychologists.
